Service Policies

1. Techniques Dental Lab will be closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
2. Rush Work (defined as work requested sooner than the provided time schedule) will carry an extra charge of 20% of the cost of the work.
3. Remakes: responsibility is limited to fitting of models poured from impressions supplied. There will be a full charge for remakes when the customer is informed of the inadvisability of proceeding, but is ordered to finish the restoration.
4. Payment: 30 days net from the statement date. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. A finance charge of 5% per month on accounts of over 30 days will be applied.
6. Guarantee: For a period of one year from the delivery date, if any case fails due to break down, or faulty design, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Porcelain veneers are exempt !
